🔥 Heat Press Instructions:

Preheat garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture. (Not always required)
Position the transfer design on the garment.
Press at 320°F (160°C) for 7-10 seconds with medium pressure.
Peel print hot -- No need to wait for it to cool!
Cover with finishing sheet (parchment paper, teflon sheet or coated press top) and finish with 7-10 second press
